Neste artigo é apresentada ação ergonômica desenvolvida em Laboratório de Sedimentologia de Unidade de Operação na Bahia, evidenciando a importância da intermediação de diferentes lógicas profissionais para a elaboração de leiaute que contemple as necessidades da atividade laboral. Para alcançar a excelência nos ambientes construídos é imprescindível o alinhamento destas linguagens e conhecimentos técnico, mesclando as lógicas e priorizando aspectos técnicos relevantes, reformulando os problemas de leiaute e do mobiliário do referido ambiente.

This article presents an ergonomic action developed in a Sedimentology Laboratory of Operation Unit in Bahia, evidencing the importance of the intermediation of different professional logics for the elaboration of a layout that contemplates the needs of the work activity. In order to achieve excellence in built environments it is essential to align these languages and technical knowledge, mixing the logics and prioritizing relevant technical aspects, reformulating the problems of layout and furniture in the environment.
