A formação de pesquisadores no campo da Saúde do Trabalhador na ergonomia da Atividade depende de métodos pedagógicos específicos para desenvolver ou estimular o interesse pelo ‘olhar etnográfico’, principio fundamental da Análise Ergonômica do Trabalho (AET). O objetivo deste texto é analisar o desenvolvimento de disciplina sobre Ergonomia da atividade junto aos programas de pós-graduação da Faculdade de Saúde Pública da USP e da FUNDACENTRO. Para analisar o desenvolvimento da disciplina e discutir sua perspectiva pedagógica, foi realizada análise documental assim como reflexão dos docentes sobre sua prática na concepção e condução da disciplina. São apresentadas e discutidas as principais características da disciplina e das ferramentas utilizadas para despertar o interesse dos alunos pela AET. Como todo processo de formação envolve uma mudança de perspectiva, que no caso da Ergonomia, visa buscar compreender o trabalho por meio da experiência de quem trabalha, é fundamental desenvolver situações pedagógicas para confrontar o olhar de especialistas, que boa parte dos alunos carrega ou vivencia, com o olhar etnográfico dos ergonomistas.

The training of researchers in the field of Occupational Health in the ergonomics of the Activity depends on specific pedagogical methods to develop or stimulate interest in the 'ethnographic look', a fundamental principle of the Ergonomic Work Analysis (AET). The objective of this text is to analyze the development of discipline on Ergonomics of the activity together with the postgraduate programs of the Faculty of Public Health of USP and FUNDACENTRO. In order to analyze the development of the discipline and discuss its pedagogical perspective, a documentary analysis was carried out as well as reflection of the teachers about their practice in the conception and conduction of the discipline. The main characteristics of the subject and the tools used to arouse students' interest in AET are presented and discussed. As every training process involves a change of perspective, which in the case of Ergonomics aims to seek to understand work through the experience of those who work, it is fundamental to develop pedagogical situations to confront the view of specialists, which a good part of the students carries or experiences , with the ethnographic view of ergonomists.
