Neste artigo apresentamos uma revisão bibliográfica sobre as produções acadêmicas recentes no campo de encontro entre a ergonomia e a formação. O objetivo é identificar, a partir do referencial teórico-metodológico acumulado, algumas possibilidades de atuação dentro deste campo, além de apontar para alguns temas de interesse para futuras pesquisas e intervenções. Primeiramente serão apresentados alguns dos possíveis domínios de ocorrência do encontro entre ergonomia e formação. Em seguida faremos uma breve retrospectiva histórica deste campo, para, no terceiro tópico do artigo, identificar aqueles que consideramos como principais referenciais teórico-metodológicos. Ao final serão apresentadas as temáticas mais recorrentes em pesquisa e intervenção encontradas nas diferentes experiências analisadas.

In this article we present a literature review on recent academic productions in the field of ergonomics and training. The objective is to identify, from the accumulated theoretical-methodological framework, some possibilities of action within this field, in addition to pointing to some topics of interest for future research and interventions. Firstly, some of the possible domains of the meeting between ergonomics and training will be presented. Next, we will make a brief historical retrospective of this field, so that, in the third topic of the article, identify those that we consider as main theoretical-methodological references. At the end, the most recurrent research and intervention themes found in the different experiences analyzed will be presented.
