Resumo

Este estudo tem por objetivo comparar a postura da cabeça, tronco superior e membros superiores de trabalhadores de escritório que usam a mesa em L em duas diferentes maneiras: parte côncava e parte reta da mesa. Os dados posturais foram coletados em 16 sujeitos por meio de inclinometria e os resultados apontam que independente da disposição do monitor e do teclado sobre da mesa em L não existem diferenças em relação à postura de cabeça, tronco superior e membros superiores nas trabalhadoras de escritório avaliadas.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the posture of the head, upper back and upper limbs of office workers who use L shaped desks in two different ways: straight and concave part of the desk. Posture data were collected from 16 subjects by means of inclinometry and the results indicate that regardless the position of VDUon the L table there are no differences in relation to the posture of head, upper back, and upper limbs in office workers.

Resumen

Este estudio pretende comparar la postura de la cabeza, la parte superior del tronco y las extremidades superiores de trabajadores de oficina que utilizan el escritorio en forma de L de dos formas diferentes: parte cóncavo y parte derecho desde mesa. Tú datos posturales Ellos eran coleccionado en 16 sujetos poner mediante inclinometría y los resultados indican que independientemente de la disposición del monitor y teclado sobre la mesa en forma de L, no existen diferencias en relación a la postura de la cabeza, parte superior del tronco y miembros superiores en los oficinistas evaluados.
